Hog Roast Crewe has always strived to bring that “something more” to events, and that began right from the outset way back several decades ago now. Our founders were working in the catering industry already but found that they wanted to do things their own way with their very own business.
For them, catering had to be about experience of the thing as much as it is about the foods, so they looked for the best kind of specialist dish and experience that they could provide for events that would encapsulate all of the style and substance they demanded. Enter: the hog roast.
We believe the hog roast has it all when it comes to the perfect event dining experience. It is entirely unique, for one, and is a wonderfully stylish way of cooking that just about every guest is going to enjoy watching. To that end, it’s a spectacle of its own, too, and more than matches its looks with its taste as well by coming packed with flavour, crisp texture, and lovely, tender meatiness. Innovative Catering
The one issue all those year ago is there wasn’t quite the means to bring the hog roast dining we were looking for seamlessly to events. So, our Hog Roast Crewe founding team went about designing and building their own hog roast machines out of older machine parts so that they could create the authentic hog roast experience anywhere out on the road. It had to be a specialist craft with the ease of convenience of any other style of catering.
These machines allowed us to do just that and have since become the many state-of-the-art models we use in catering around the country each and every day for some of the biggest events. They are truly exceptional machines capable of not only hog roasting, but also rotisserie cooking for chicken and turkey, barbecue and grilling with the use of our handy attachments, and even double as a serving table too to make ourselves even more handy for any event, anywhere.
Hog roast dining is something that many might think of as an inaccessible or difficult dining choice for their event, but thanks to our innovative machines it couldn’t be any easier. We show up, we cook everything from fresh on site at your event, and we pack up again just as easily as we set up without any mess left behind!
